These farmers only use 100% Chester White breed pigs which leads to consistent, exceptional quality pork that’s superior due to its natural marbling, flavor, tenderness, and juiciness. These pigs of English descent have not been subject to commodity supply chain issues that have essentially bred the flavor and integrity out of pork in the USA.

Our farmers feed their pigs a 100% vegetarian diet and never administer antibiotics, growth hormones, or animal by-products to our pigs. Using sustainable farming and certified humane methods, our farmers consistently care for their pigs, and ultimately, your family.
