Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 325 degrees and place tenderloins in pan with butter or oil. Bake 50 to 60 minutes until internal temperature in thickest part of tenderloin reaches 165 degrees. Grill: Preheat grill to medium high. Sear 2-3 minutes on each side. Reduce heat to medium and grill for another 20 minutes, turning several times. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
