Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees and bake defrosted crab cakes for 12-14 minutes or until heated throughout. For best results, place under broiler for the final 2 minutes or until golden brown. Stove Top: Heat 1-2 tablespoons of butter in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Cook frozen crab cakes approximately 2-3 minutes on each side or until hot throughout and golden brown. Fully cook to 165 degrees throughout before serving.
