Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place frozen fish sticks evenly onto an ungreased baking tray. Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown, turning half way through. Deep Fry: Heat oil (2 to 3 inches) in deep fryer or Dutch oven to 375 degrees. Fry only a few fish sticks at a time for about 10 minutes or until golden brown. For more even cooking, turn after 5 minutes. Drain on paper towel.
