Stove Top: Season veal to taste. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a medium nonstick skillet. Cook slices in batches, 4 minutes on each side or until medium doneness (160 degrees), adding more oil to skillet as needed. Top each cutlet with your favorite topping.
