Conventional Oven: Place the beef kabobs on an ungreased, rimmed baking sheet and bake the kabobs at 350 degrees. Turn them every 10 minutes, until the beef is lightly browned on the outside and just lightly pink in the very center, about 30 minutes. Grill: Prepare your grill for high, direct heat. Grill for 8 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
