Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Put a tablespoon of oil in a skillet and heat over medium heat. Brown defrosted beef cubes in oil. Cover beef cubes and bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours or until meat is tender. Slow Cook Thaw beef cubes and put in slow cooker adding 1 cup of beef broth. Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours.
