Broil: Preheat broiler. Place thawed chicken on a broiler pan 3 inches from heat source. Cook 7-10 minutes per side or to an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees and bake 30-40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
