Conventional Oven: Place defrosted breasts into baking dish and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until tender. Serve with rice or pasta. Stove Top: These marinated breasts can also be cooked on top of the stove using a skillet. Cover the bottom of the pan with one tablespoon of oil, cook at medium heat for approximately 5 minutes per side or until tender. Grill: Place chicken breasts onto the grill approximately 4 inches from medium heat coals. Grill for 10-12 minutes on each side. All of our marinated breasts can also be used as a substitute for regular boneless chicken breasts in your favorite recipes.
