Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sprinkle both sides of defrosted fish filets with desired seasonings and place into a baking dish. Bake 20-30 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Broil: Set oven control to broil. Sprinkle both sides of defrosted fish filets with desired seasonings and place onto broiler pan or in a baking dish. Place on a rack approximately 4 inches from the heat source. Broil for 5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Brush tops of filets with butter/margarine if desired.
