Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Season chicken breasts to taste and place chicken in a broiler pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Flip chicken and cook until there is no pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 15 minutes more. Internal temperature should be 165 degrees. Grill: Season chicken to taste. Preheat the grill and set it for direct and indirect grilling (i.e. Heat half the grill to high heat and the other half to medium heat). Place the chicken on the hot part of the grill for 2-3 minutes. Then, move the chicken to the medium heat part of the grill. Cook for 3-4 minutes and turn breasts over. Grill for 6 more minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
