Seared Rosemary Lamb Chops

Classic earthy taste with a premium tender cut. All that and you’ll have dinner on the table in under 30 minutes or less!

1. Thaw

Take  a stroll to your freezer and pick from your Heartland stock out however many portions your family will be enjoying! Place in a plastic baggie if desired, and then immerse your portions in a bowl of warm water for 10-15 minutes. (Yep that’s it!)

2. Prepare

Combine rosemary, your seasonings, minced garlic, and a few tablespoons of olive oil to  coat chops. Allow chops sit in the rub in the refrigerator for a minimum of 10 minutes.

(If you prefer you can also let the chops marinate overnight in the fridge!)

3. Enjoy

Sear on high for a 1-2 minutes on each side if you want the meat rare or medium rare. If you prefer more doneness, pop into a 4oo degree oven for an additional 3-5 minutes more.

Let your lamb chops rest before slicing. Enjoy!
