10-Minute Lemon Garlic Scallops

1. Thaw

Take  a stroll to your freezer and pick from your Heartland stock out however many portions your family will be enjoying! Place in a plastic baggie if desired, and then immerse your portions in a bowl of warm water for 10-15 minutes. (Yep that’s it!)

For seafood we recommend removing from packaging to thaw.

2. Prepare

Melt butter in a large pan over medium-heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

Spread desired amount of scallops in pan and and sear until golden on one side, (less than 2 minutes.) Flip scallops and cook until firm, (usually a couple more minutes.) Remove scallops to serving plate.

Be sure to save butter in pan!
 

3. Enjoy

Add your lemon, and desired seasonings into butter and drizzle that sauce over over your scallops. Garnish as desired. Enjoy!
